START SELLING

To start selling to your customers:

  1. Click on the Sliding Menu (≡)

  2. Click on SELL
   

 

 

 

BUILD THE CART

  1. Click on a category to see the list of products in that category

  2. Click on an item to add it to the cart

  3. Click it again to increase its quantity

  4. Alternatively, you can also add a product by scanning its Barcode

  5. To use Barcode scanning, toggle the BARCODE button at the top of the page

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT ITEMS IN THE CART

  1. To check the cart or edit any item in the cart, click on ITEMS at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust quantities or delete icon to remove an item from the cart. You can also click on '' to enter the quantity manually (most suitable when a product is purchased in large quantities)

 

 


 

 

 

ADD CUSTOMER INFORMATION (OPTIONAL)

  1. Click on and select ADD CUSTOMER to add customer details

  2. If the customer is already registered, enter the phone number and remaining details will be filled automatically

  3. For a new customer, click on add customer icon at the bottom of the screen, enter the complete details and press SAVE

 

 


 

 

 

 

APPLY DISCOUNTS (OPTIONAL)

  1. On the cart screen, click on + and select ADD DISCOUNT

  2. Choose from the existing discounts OR click on CREATE NEW to create a runtime discount

  3. Enter Discount Name

  4. Enter Discount Value and type

    • Absolute: Rs. 100 (example)
    • Percentage: 10% (example)

  5. Select products for which this Discount is applicable

  6. Click DONE

 


HOLD SALE FOR LATER  

 

HOLD SALE FOR LATER (ACCEPT PAYMENT LATER)

  1. On the cart screen, click on HOLD
  2. Click YES in the dialogue box 

NOTE: This option is most suitable when you want to hold an ongoing sale and meanwhile, bill the next customer. EXAMPLE: A customer decides to buy some more items at the time of billing and there is another customer in line. In this case, you can hold current customer's cart while he gets more items, in the meantime, you can bill the next customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PAY NOW

  1. Click on PAY NOW to proceed to payments

 

 


 

  

 

 

PAYMENTS

Select your payment option: Cash, Card, Voucher, No Charge, Wallet, Credit Sales or Cheque

  1. CASH OR CHEQUE
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  2. CARD
    • Enter the Amount
    • Put transaction number
    • Select the Card type
    • Enter last four digits of card number and click on PROCEED TO PAY

  3. VOUCHER
    • Enter the Amount
    • Put Voucher Code
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  4. NO CHARGE
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  5. WALLET
    • Enter the Amount
    • Choose wallet
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  6. CREDIT SALES
    • Select CUSTOMER NAME
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  7. PRINT or SEND receipt to complete payment and start a NEW SALE

  8. You can split the payment by choosing multiple payment methods in a single invoice. For instance, in the attached screenshot, the customer has paid by giving Rs. 1000 via cash and Rs. 971 via card.

Note: Receipts can only be printed once the transaction is complete.

 


 

 

 

REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS

  1. In order to redeem loyalty points, click REDEEM

  2. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on orders where the discounts are already applied. A popup will come to confirm the same.

  3. Enter customer’s phone number to fetch available points

  4. Enter the points you want to redeem

  5. Press DONE
