START SELLING

To start selling to your customers:

  1. Click on the Sliding Menu (≡)

  2. Click on SELL
   

 

 

 

 

BUILD THE CART

  1. Click on a category to see the list of products in that category

  2. Click on an item to add it to the cart

  3. Click it again to increase its quantity

  4. Alternatively, you can also add a product by scanning its Barcode

  5. You can also search the products by typing product name, barcode, sku code or any details of product in search item box
  6. To use Barcode scanning, toggle the BARCODE button at the top of the page

 


 

 

 

 

EDIT ITEMS IN THE CART

  1. To check the cart or edit any item in the cart, click on ITEMS at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click on any product on which changes are required

        Click ‘+’ or ‘-’ to adjust quantities or           delete icon to remove an item from             the cart. 

       

 

 


 

 

 

ADD CUSTOMER INFORMATION (OPTIONAL)

  1. Click on and select ADD CUSTOMER to add customer details

  2. If the customer is already registered, enter the phone number and remaining details will be filled automatically

  3. For a new customer, click on add customer icon at the bottom of the screen, enter the complete details and press SAVE

 

 


 

 

 

 

APPLY DISCOUNTS (OPTIONAL)

  1. On the cart screen, click on DISCOUNT

  2. Choose from the existing discounts OR click on CREATE NEW to create a runtime discount

  3. Enter Discount Name

  4. Enter Discount Value and type

    • Absolute: Rs. 100 (example)
    • Percentage: 10% (example)

  5. Select products for which this Discount is applicable

  6. Click SAVE

 


 

 

 

 

 

PAY NOW

  1. Click on PAY NOW to proceed to payments

 

 


 

  

  

 

PAYMENTS

Select your payment option: Cash, Card, Voucher, No Charge, Wallet, Credit Sales or Cheque

  1. CASH OR CHEQUE
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  2. CARD
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on Accept button
    • Swipe/Insert/Tap the card to make the payment
    • And then click on ↵(Enter)to complete the payment

  3. VOUCHER
    • Enter the Amount
    • Put Voucher Code
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  4. NO CHARGE
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  5. WALLET
    • Enter the Amount
    • Choose wallet
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY

  6. CREDIT SALES
    • Select CUSTOMER NAME
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on PROCEED TO PAY
  7. CREDIT NOTE select customer and the credit note which was given to the cutomer for the refunded order

    8.  LOYALTY select cutomer and enter         the points which needs to be re-deemed.

 

  1. PRINT or SEND receipt to complete payment and start a NEW SALE

  2. You can split the payment into different payment methods by choosing multiple payment modes till full payment is paid 

Note: Receipts can only be printed once the transaction is complete.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment via Card

 

  1. Enter amount and click on Accept button
  2. Swipe or Insert the card and enter pin
  3. Click on CONFIRM PAYMENT button to complete the transaction

 


 

 

 

REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS

  1. In order to redeem loyalty points, click REDEEM

  2. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on orders where the discounts are already applied. A popup will come to confirm the same.

  3. Enter customer’s phone number to fetch available points

  4. Enter the points you want to redeem

  5. Press DONE
