Manage Vendors

 

MANAGE VENDORS

Go to Vendor under the Inventory tab:

  • A list of all available Vendors, along with their basic details like phone, email, address and actionables(Edit/Delete) can be viewed.
  • Each Vendor can either be edited or deleted.
  • A new Vendor can be created by clicking on + Create New Vendor.
 

CREATE VENDORS

To create a new Vendor, click on + Create New Vendor button:

  • Enter the Vendor name and Vendor Company.
  • Enter the address and the contact information of the Vendor.
  • Click SAVE, the Vendor is added.
 
 
 

EDIT VENDOR

To edit Vendor, click on the  button:

  • The existing Vendor detail can be viewed on the screen.
  • The basic information, address/contact information can be updated.
  • Click on SAVE, to save the changes made.
 

DELETE VENDOR

To delete Vendor, click on  button:

  • A pop-up appears verifying the action.
  • Click on Yes if you are sure of deleting the vendor, else click No.
